Our home farm sits on the edge of beautiful Rutland Water, reflecting the rural heritage and farming values that continue to shape Hambletons today. We understand that exceptional food begins with exceptional ingredients, which is why provenance, quality and responsible sourcing are central to everything we do.
We work closely with trusted farmers and producers, sourcing as locally as possible to each of our stores. These relationships allow us to select meat and produce with confidence, supporting British farming while ensuring the quality, consistency and traceability our customers expect.
The same care goes into the ingredients used by our Bakers and Chefs. Wherever possible, we choose ingredients grown, reared or produced close to home, selecting each one for its freshness, flavour and quality.
